Online Order Restrictions

Personal checks are accepted at Micro Center® stores, provided adequate identification is available. "Starter" checks are not accepted. Micro Center stores do NOT accept personal or business checks drawn on foreign checking accounts. When using a debit card as payment, the card is charged immediately following the authorization. The Issuing Bank determines when to release the hold on the dollar amount when merchandise is not shipped (backorder) or the order is cancelled.

At Micro Center stores and microcenter.com, you can shop using your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover® Network Card, Diners Club and debit cards. Micro Center and microcenter.com are based in the state of Ohio, USA.

Purchasing Exceptions

Some exceptions for purchasing from microcenter.com do apply to a small group of individuals and corporations with special purchasing circumstances. Below is more information about what qualifies as an exception, as well as information that can help you place an order.

APO / FPO – Order by phone only

Purchases to be sent to an APO or FPO address must be placed by phone, and the maximum amount may not exceed $500. Please note that these deliveries take from 6 to 8 weeks after the order is placed. See Shipping Rates.

GIFT CARDS – In-store purchase only
Micro Center Gift Cards are available for use and purchase only at your local Micro Center Store. At present, microcenter.com does not sell Gift Cards, nor accepts them as payment.

If your order will be shipped to a PO Box, we invite you to phone in your order to Customer Support. To place your order, please print your shopping bag list and contact Customer Support.

OUTSIDE the UNITED STATES
We apologize that we currently do not ship to areas outside the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. As microcenter.com continues to develop, the ability to accept more types of online transactions will become available.

Corporate Accounts

Your company or corporation can have an account with microcenter.com or your local Micro Center store.

If you have an account with microcenter.com, we invite you to phone in your order to Customer Support. To place your order to be shipped, please print your Shopping Cart list and contact Customer Support.

Local Store Account
If you have an account with an individual Micro Center Store, purchases against your account can only be made at your local Micro Center Store. If you have any questions, or if you are unsure if your account is restricted to your local store, please contact your local Micro Center store.

If you are interested in obtaining a corporate account, please contact your local Micro Center Store.
