Can my "Ship to" address be different than my "Bill to" address?
For security purposes, your order will only be shipped to the address listed on your credit card billing statement. Not all items can be shipped to all addresses - for information, please see Shipping Restrictions.
Can I pick up my purchases at a Micro Center store?
Yes. If you prefer to pick your item(s), select IN-STORE PICKUP from the drop down menu on the Shopping Cart page as you checkout. You must choose to have either all items delivered or reserved for pick up. For more information, see our In-Store Pickup Info page.
My company is tax exempt - can we shop at Micro Center Online?
Yes. If your company, corporation or the organization that you represent is tax exempt. However, the order must be placed over the phone, please contact Micro Center Business Services.
How do I check product availability?
AVAILABILITY of a product can be found in three separate places. When you search for an item, the Search Results page displays individual product availability. Availability is also displayed on an individual item's Specs/Information page. And availability is listed when you add an item to your Shopping Cart. Why are some items labeled Limit One Per Household?
We're frequently able to offer you amazing deals - but in limited quantities. In order to make these hot offers available to more customers, we designate them LIMIT ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. When an item is limited, you'll be able to purchase just one, whether you choose in-store pickup or shipping. Let your friends know when these items are available, though - they can share in the great deal you found!
When will my order arrive?
To estimate the latest date your delivery may arrive, look at each item in your Shopping Cart and find the one with the longest "Usually ships in" days. Count the days, starting with the day you will be placing the order, and count forward on the calendar, but DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. Then, add the number of days you chose for having your order shipped and count forward on the calendar. Again, DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. (Although USPS does deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee that this will occur.) You now have estimated the latest arrival date for your delivery.
What are the shipping options?
We ship standard, 2-day and overnight in the 48 continental United States. International options (standard, economy, priority) and rates are applied for Alaska and Hawaii. Do you have bulk items shipping rates?
Some diskettes, blank CD-R and CD-RW discs and CD jewel cases normally sold in singles are eligible for special bulk shipping rates. If you need further information on bulk item shipping rates, see our Shipping Information page or contact Customer Service.
What are my payment options?
At Micro Center® stores and Micro Center Online®, you can shop using your American Express Card, DiscoverCard, MasterCard, VISA, Micro Center Credit Card and debit cards. Personal checks are accepted at Micro Center® stores, provided adequate identification is available. "Starter" checks are not accepted. Micro Center® stores do NOT accept personal or business checks drawn on foreign checking accounts.
What is your return policy?
Returns/exchanges for orders being shipped back require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact Customer Service. Product being returned at the retail store does not require RMA- just bring in your packing slip. For additional information, see How to Return an Item and read our Return Policy.
Can I order products from MicroCenter Online® over the phone?
Yes. While shopping at microcenter.com is safe and secure, we realize some shoppers would prefer to order by phone. Checkout our extensive selection, then contact Customer Service. Please have a SKU number handy for faster service.
What if I want to shop at one of Micro Center's retail locations?
Just check for the retail location closest to you. For each store, you'll find a location map, important phone numbers and hours of operation.
