From MS Outlook Express:

• Go to File -> Export -> Address book.
• Save file as .csv format.

On the Mac:

• Open the Script Editor and run the "Import Addresses.scpt" script.
• Follow the script prompts using the previously saved .csv file to import.
• Mac Address Book automatically creates new vCards for each entry.
