Adobe Student and Teacher Editions are for higher education students, teachers and school staff. Before the software can be installed - students, teachers and school staff must obtain a serial number by submitting proof of eligibility for this program to Adobe. If the student, teacher or school staff cannot provide proof of eligibility, the end user will not be able to use this product. Eligibility for Student and Teacher Editions: Adobe Student and Teacher Editions are for purchase and use ONLY by (i) students, for online purchases, who are over the age of 18 or whose parents or guardians have agreed to purchase the software on behalf of the students, (ii) teachers and (iii) school staff ONLY. An University and college student is defined as a full or part time student enrolled at higher education institutions defined as an accredited public or private university or college (including community, junior or vocational college) that grants degrees requiring no less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time study. A Faculty and staff is defined as teachers and staff employed by an accredited primary or secondary school or public or private university or college. Restrictions on Use of Student and Teacher Editions: Student and Teacher Edition end users may purchase only one license of any Adobe Student Edition product. This license may be used only on privately owned computers. Adobe Student and Teacher Edition products may not be resold by the end user. Required Proof of Eligibility: Students must provide a photocopy of a valid, current student ID that includes your name, a date, and a photo. If you do not have such an ID, you must instead provide a photocopy of a valid photo ID and one of the following items: - Official, current non-photo student ID with name and date - Official, current school transcript indicating name of school and student - Official, current school tuition bill indicating name of school and student - Official, current report card indicating name of school and student - Other official dated proof of enrollment - Other identification as permitted by Adobe from time to time by posting a list of such Appropriate Identification on its Internet website. Students who are under 18 and do not have a valid photo ID may provide an official letter from their eligible educational institution stating their name and current enrollment status. Teachers, faculty and staff must provide a photocopy of a valid current school ID that includes your name, date, and a photo. If such end user does not have such an ID, the end user must instead provide a photocopy of a valid photo ID and one of the following items: - Faculty or staff paycheck stub - An official letter from the registrar of the educational entity. Formats for Digital Proof of Eligibility: The end user must use a digital camera or scanner to create a copy of his/her proof of eligibility. All documents must be clear, legible, and true to size. Acceptable formats include JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIF, and PDF.

If an item you have purchased from us is not working as expected, please visit one of our in-store Knowledge Experts for free help, where they can solve your problem or even exchange the item for a product that better suits your needs.
If you need to return an item, simply bring it back to any Micro Center store for a full refund or exchange.

General Return Policy
Desktop / notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, digital cameras, camcorders and projectors, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and CD/DVD duplicators may be returned within 15 days of purchase. All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition, with original carton / UPC, and all packaging / accessories / materials. If you need to return software, a game or a movie, remember that you may not retain any copies — it’s not legal, and it’s not nice.
All Digital Download sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund under the Micro Center Return Policy.
Using the software may require the use of a computer or other device that must meet minimum system requirements. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the system requirements before making your purchase. Software system requirements are typically found on the Product information specification page.
Micro Center is happy to honor its customary 30-day return policy for Aerial Drone returns due to product defect or customer dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns with damage due to pilot error. So let’s be careful out there!
As of December 21, 2015 all drones, regardless of purchase date, between 0.55 lb (8.82 oz, 250 g, 0.25 kg) and 55 lb take-off weight are required by the FAA to be registered for outdoor use. Details regarding registration can be found at: http://www.faa.gov/uas/registration/
Wireless Phones & Devices
Wireless phones and devices may be returned within 14 days of purchase. When returning a wireless phone or device with a plan, you are responsible for ensuring that your service is cancelled with the carrier. If you don’t cancel your service, you may incur additional charges from your carrier. All carrier charges are your responsibility.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
