Who is eligible to buy Microsoft Office University?

Microsoft Office University 2010 and Microsoft Office for Mac University 2011 are for higher-education students and higher-education faculty members only. K-12 students are not eligible for Microsoft Office University.

Eligibility:
Full and part time, enrolled university student and faculty in accredited institutions; including junior college, college, university, vocational school, scientific or technical school. Alumni of these institutions are ineligible.

Submit Proof:
Customers will be required to verify their eligibility online to use this software.

  1. Instruct customers to go to www.office.com/verify and enter the PIN located inside this package
  2. Customers should log on with their Windows Live ID or create one using any email address.
  3. They should provide their school email address or logon, or international student identity card (ISIC)

Desktop / notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, digital cameras, camcorders and projectors, and CD/DVD duplicators may be returned within 15 days of purchase. All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition, with original carton/UPC, and all packaging/accessories/materials. If you need to return software, a game or a movie, remember that you may not retain any copies — it’s not legal, and it’s not nice.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
